Me and sweet pumpkin-head
Still not yet at our door
She seems to not want to go home
which I can't blame her for.
It's started overcast
and with drizzle when we left.
The sun is out, with mercury
up 10 degrees, I'll bet.
And now she's all obsessed
with touching all the SUVs
parked in this dirt parking lot
And then she stops to see
The letters on their license plates
And does her ABC's.
That's all folks, we'll go for now,
But not for long. You'll see!
